To its general character, this research project can be characterized as maritime-ethnological.It is associated with the maritime-anthropological research which, particularly, has come to deal with the modernization processes within the North-Atlantic maritime communities.The line of study is focused on the maritime man and the life mode he has established in interaction with his maritime milieu.
